We believe in the quality of our product and want you to be completely satisfied. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer the following return policy:

• Initiating a Return:
• All returns must be initiated by sending an email to info@barakasheabutter.com.
• Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
• 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns:
• If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, and you have initiated the return via email, you can return it for a full refund. No questions asked.
• 60-Day Returns with Cause:
• Beyond the initial 14 days, you have up to 60 days from the date of receipt to return your product if there is a valid reason, such as a defect or if the product does not meet the advertised specifications, and you have initiated the return via email.
• Return Shipping:
• Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please return products to: 4432 Howie Rd, Duncan BC, V9L6N3.
• Refund or Replacement:
• Upon receipt of your returned product at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship a replacement, depending on the reason for the return.
• Replacements that are not due to a defect will be shipped at the customer's cost.
