Refund Policy

We try to prepare shipments to go out on next courier pickup - within 1 business day.&nbsp; &nbsp;We average over 99% success but sometimes we don't make it.
When placing an order you can select from Canada Post, DHL or FedEx, or Discounted Shipping. Discounted Shipping means that we will select the service that provides the best price/delivery time combination.
Baraka Impact takes no responsibility for any losses, damages, wrong address, misdelivered packages or delays that may occur. However, by opting for Ship Insurance we will replace your package if any of these instances occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Please note that transporters often do not heat their trucks in winter, nor refrigerate them in summer. This will not harm the integrity of the product. Simply leave the product at room temperature for 24 hours before opening. Occasionally, stirring the product before use will be required to regain its consistency.
Additional Charges:
If you call the carrier to re-direct your parcel to another address, or if your address is input incorrectly or missing information, and requires the carrier to update the information, there will be a charge of between $10 and $15 (add per box) that will be billed to the customer.
Baraka Impact will not be held responsible for refunding the cost of freight for Expedited or Express shipments or on any orders that are delayed for reasons outside of our control.
Baraka does not provide return shipping labels. If the customer would like to return their product they will need to provide their own shipping. Please return products to 4432 Howie Rd, Duncan BC, V9L6N3. Once received at our warehouse a refund will be issued or a replacement will be shipped at the customers cost if applicable.&nbsp;
Due to the Canada Post nationwide strike we appreciate your patience as deliveries may be delayed due to high seasonal volume and postal disruptions.
